My old casters were never easy to change direction on or slide on. These caster wheels make it all effortless. I also had some small damage around my chair mat from my old casters when my chair would occasionally go off the edge of the mat. Had I found these wheels sooner those things would have been avoided - but better late than never. I'm happy I decided to upgrade to these wheels.
I found these wheels as an option and they installed very easily. All I used was a flat head screwdriver to help loosen up the old wheels to pull them off. Pushed these wheels in with my hands and I was rolling with ease. Such a smooth roll compared to the factory wheels the chair came with. They roll smooth, silent, very nice. Thanks for coming up with such a great product!!
Made office chairs into amazing chairs! It's not the chair or the floor with the problem. It's the wheels!! Installed all our rolling chairs at home with these babies!
Not to brag but we do have a state of the art office at work so it kind of suck now that we have to work from home. Setting up a home office is really hard but good thing I stumbled upon this. Looks small and all but the effect is really BIG!
The wheels glided silently and smoothly. They maintained good traction across the floor and left no marks whatsoever.
